Kelsey B.

Kelsey B. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a Shift Leader/Sales Associate at Hallmark Cards in 2008. They then worked as a Research Assistant at Children's Hospital of Michigan in 2013, where they contributed to research study designs and abstracted data from medical records. In 2014, they joined Madonna University as an IT Help Desk Intern, providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff. They continued to gain experience in the healthcare field at Michigan Medicine, where they served as a Clinical Subjects Associate, assisting with informed consent, database design, and regulatory documentation.

In 2015, Kelsey took on the role of Brick Specialist (Seasonal) at the LEGO Group, where they focused on customer service and store operations. They then transitioned to a Call Center Representative position at Divers Direct in 2016.

In 2017, Kelsey joined Syneos Health Clinical Solutions as a Remote Data Manager / Clinical Data Entry Specialist. In this role, they assigned tasks, performed medical record reviews, and completed data abstraction for clinical research studies. They stayed with the company until 2019 when they joined MCRA as a Clinical Data Manager & Project Lead.

Currently, Kelsey is working as a Product Specialist at Viedoc, starting in 2021.

Kelsey B. started their education at Churchill High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2009. Kelsey then attended Schoolcraft College from 2009 to 2012, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Science. Kelsey went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology at Madonna University from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Kelsey obtained their Open Water Diver certification from PADI in June 2015.
