Predrag Gaikj

Predrag Gaikj has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and risk management. Predrag is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Viedoc since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Qliro as the Chief Information Security Officer from October 2021 to March 2023. During their tenure at Qliro, they also served as the Head of Information Security and Risk Management from January 2019 to October 2021, Acting DPO from April 2019 to July 2019, and Information Security Manager from April 2017 to January 2019.

Before joining Qliro, they worked for Tech Companies from September 2011 to April 2017, where they served as an ISO Standards Implementator and Auditor. In this role, they audited for TuvNord and TUV Austria as a Lead Auditor for ISO 27001 certification audits. Predrag also implemented ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 in various Tech companies in the Republic of North Macedonia, successfully obtaining certifications.

Earlier in their career, Predrag Gaikj worked at Central Cooperative Bank AD Skopje as an Information Security Manager from September 2008 to April 2017. Prior to that, they served as a System Administrator at NLB Tutunska banka AD Skopje from February 2004 to September 2008.

Overall, Predrag Gaikj has extensive experience in information security management, risk management, ISO standards implementation, and auditing.

Predrag Gaikj completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Informatics, and Automatics at the Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in June 2021, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in September 2018, ISO 27001:2013 Lead/External Auditor from RAB QSA in October 2014, ISO 20000:2011 Lead/External Auditor from RAB QSA in November 2012, ISO 14001 Lead/External Auditor from RAB QSA in December 2011, and ISO 27001 Lead/External Auditor from RAB QSA in July 2011.
