Nikki Balcerzak

Nikki Balcerzak is a seasoned professional in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Viega LLC since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nikki held positions at BetterUp as a Sales Operations Analyst and at Bell Flight, where responsibilities included leading production control and logistics teams, as well as acting as a program liaison for military tiltrotor gearbox production. Experience also includes a role as a Quality Engineer at Textron Aviation, where process improvements were realized through the development of a Power BI dashboard. Nikki began the career as a Materials Analyst at Kautex Textron and also completed an internship at Greenlee focused on data visualization for supply chain processes. Nikki earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017.
