Currently, as the Vice President of Analytics & Data Science at VieMed Healthcare, they lead a team dedicated to developing AI tools and data systems that support national respiratory care operations. Previously, Jill held various roles at VieMed, including Director of Analytics and Manager of Business Analytics, where they established the organization's first data warehouse and empowered leaders to make data-driven decisions.
