Alberto Rivera

Alberto Rivera is an experienced quality management professional with a robust background in the food industry. Currently serving as Responsable de Calidad Fábrica at Viena Capellanes since March 2014, Alberto previously held various quality-related roles at Döner Kebap Istanbul from July 2006 to March 2014, including Responsable de Calidad, where responsibilities included managing quality standards for a modern factory certified by ISO22000 and IFS. Alberto also gained experience as Técnico de Calidad, focusing on APPCC documentation and critical control point supervision. Earlier career experience includes working as Verificador de Calidad at Carrefour, ensuring quality control of fresh products. Alberto holds two licenciaturas from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, one in Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos and another in Biología.
