Debbie Richter is an experienced quality assurance professional currently serving as the Sr QA Manager at Vienna Beef since December 2019, where responsibilities include leading and managing the Chicago Facility. Prior to this role, Debbie held the position of Senior FSQA Manager at Home Chef, managing quality functions for a high-volume meal kit plant and achieving SQF Level 3 Certification, while significantly reducing error rates and establishing quality programs at multiple locations.
