Tom Bannack

Tom Bannack has extensive experience in operations management within the food production industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Vienna Beef since June 2016. In this role, Tom provides direction to supervisory staff across various processes, including boning, trimming, grinding, cooking, and packaging in a USDA plant. Tom's previous positions include Vice President of Operations at Distinctive Foods LLC from October 2001 to May 2016, Vice President of Administration at KGT Enterprises between November 1996 and October 2001, and an earlier tenure as Plant Manager at Vienna Beef from June 1976 to November 1996. Tom began a career in management as Assistant Warehouse Manager at Tote's Incorporated from March 1974 to June 1976. Educationally, Tom attended North Central College from 1995 to 1996 and Elmhurst College from 1989 to 1991.
