Marlies Binder

Marlies Binder has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Personal, Recht und Organisation/ Leitung Personal Kunst at Wiener Staatsoper since July 2020. Prior to this role, Marlies worked as a Talent Manager and Recruiter at Squadra Personalmanagement GmbH from May 2018 to July 2020, and as a Consultant at Manpower from May 2017 to April 2018. Marlies began career development as a Human Resource Trainee at Thales from November 2016 to April 2017, following a practical internship as a Front Office Receptionist at Hotel Spitzhorn Saanen in July to October 2015. Marlies also gained experience at the Bundeskanzleramt in a Front Office Servicecenter role from May 2013 to June 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Wirtschaftsberatung und Unternehmensführung from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt (2016-2018), a Bachelor of Arts in Tourismusmanagement from FHWien der WKW (2013-2016), and a Matura from Höhere Lehranstalt für wirtschaftliche Berufe (2007-2012).
