Robin Schier

Robin Schier is currently the Team Lead of Customer Success Management at VIER, where they are responsible for the overall Customer Success Management and focus on team development, strategic customer support, and cross- and upselling initiatives. Previously, Robin served as a Customer Success Manager at VIER, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive consulting and tailored support. They also held the role of Bid Manager for a brief period, coordinating tender processes and ensuring timely proposal submissions. Earlier in their career at HAUTAU GmbH, Robin progressed from Export Sales Manager to Area Sales Manager for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, where they successfully implemented sales strategies and built long-term customer relationships. Robin completed their training as an industrial clerk and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Sales from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
