Mariel Shilling is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer success and educational programming. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Anthology Inc since March 2024, Mariel previously held the position of Assistant Director of Recruitment & Admissions at The Washington Center, where leadership of a high-performing team contributed to significant student recruitment efforts.
