Brian Jones is an accomplished Intellectual Property Attorney with extensive experience in patent litigation, prosecution, and various areas of intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation. Currently serving at Viering, Jentschura & Partner mbB since April 2021, Brian previously held similar roles at McDermott Will & Emery LLP and Brinks Gilson and Lione. With a strong background in electronic circuit design, systems integration, and quality assurance across diverse industries, Brian enhances legal expertise with practical experience from positions at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, TSMC, CNA, Diehl Controls, Siemens VDO, and Motorola.
