Heather Richard

Heather Richard currently serves as the Regional Director of Outreach & Development at Vierra Communities since October 2025. Previously, Heather held the position of Divisional Director of Business Development at CommuniCare Health Services from July 2022 to October 2025. Between February 2014 and July 2022, Heather worked as a Clinical Liaison at Marquis Health Services and gained experience as a Clinical Liaison at Westgate Hills Nursing and Rehab. Heather also worked as a Realtor at Long and Foster Real Estate from April 2004 to July 2022, and as a Hospice Care Consultant at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care from June 2014 to February 2015. Additional experience includes a role as Manager of Sales and Facility Relations at Cigna-HealthSpring from November 2005 to May 2014 and a Sales Representative for Evercare at UnitedHealth Group in early 2005. Heather holds a degree from Frostburg State University.
