Christoph Landvogt serves as the Managing Director of the Legnica Plant at Viessmann Climate Solutions since July 2022, overseeing strategic and operational leadership with a focus on plant performance, team development, and scaling operations. Previous roles include Technical Director, where responsibilities encompassed production, logistics, industrial engineering, and quality management, as well as Operations Manager, emphasizing operational excellence in both Brownfield and Greenfield projects. Landvogt's extensive experience spans multiple companies, including positions as Werksleiter at Bode - Die Tür GmbH, Leitung Produktion at Weidemann GmbH, and leadership roles in lean management and production transformation at Kramer-Werke GmbH, Fendt, and AUDI AG. Landvogt holds degrees in Product Development and Industrial Engineering from FH Bingen and trained as an industrial mechanic at TRW Automotive.
