Friedrich von Trott

Friedrich von Trott has had a diverse work experience over the years. Friedrich started as a volunteer at Fundacion Creamos and Courage Africa in 2006, showing their early interest in social causes. In 2008, they worked as a Summer Associate at BVT. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Manager at Hays. Friedrich then joined Zeitgold, where they became the Head of People and Culture from 2017 to 2021. Friedrich further advanced their career as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Deel from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Project Lead Recruiting at Viessmann, where they focus on creating sustainable living spaces. Throughout their career, Friedrich has demonstrated dedication and passion for their work.

Friedrich von Trott has a BA (Hons) degree in International Studies from the University of Buckingham, specializing in Politics, History, and Economics. Friedrich also attended Universität Greifswald to study Law. Additionally, they completed their Abitur at Benedictine Boarding School Abbey Ettal.
