Jan Hofmann

Jan Hofmann is currently the Head of Ecosystem & Chief of Staff at Viessmann Generations Group, where they focus on building a leading ecosystem in responsible capital and generational investments. Previously, Jan held various roles at Viessmann Climate Solutions, including Director of Global Sales Processes and Transformation. They have also gained experience as a Strategy Consultant at Boston Consulting Group and as an intern at notable organizations such as HSBC and FUCHS Group. Jan earned a Master of Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and holds bachelor's degrees from Universität Mannheim and 國立政治大學.
