Nicola Boya

Nicola Boya has a diverse work experience in corporate communications and public relations. Nicola currently holds the position of Head of Group & Internal Communications at Viessmann since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Corporate Communications Manager at Viessmann from June 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining Viessmann, Nicola worked at Software AG, where they held various roles in corporate communications. Nicola was the Manager Corporate Communications from April 2019 to May 2020, Associate Manager Corporate Communications from November 2018 to April 2019, and Junior Manager Corporate Communications from November 2017 to November 2018.

Nicola also gained experience at HERING SCHUPPENER, where they worked as a Client Executive from May 2017 to July 2017 and as an Analyst from May 2016 to April 2017. Additionally, Nicola worked as a Working Student at Hering Schuppener from May 2015 to March 2016.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Project Assistant at PRIME Research from May 2014 to May 2015, an Intern Corporate Communications at JP | KOM GmbH in March 2014, an Intern Corporate Communications at ZDF in July 2013, and a Student Assistant in the PROMOS Scholarship program at International Office der WWU Münster from August 2012 to June 2013. Nicola also served as an Intern Corporate Communications at Cámara de Comercio Alemana para España from January 2012 to April 2012.

Nicola Boya completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Kommunikationswissenschaft at the University of Münster from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Unternehmenskommunikation / PR from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. In 2019, Nicola obtained a certification as a Crossmedia Manager from Deutsche Presseakademie (depak).
