Timo Luehnen

Timo Luehnen has extensive work experience in the field of human resources (HR) technology and processes. Timo is currently the Head of People Applications and Processes at Viessmann Climate Solutions SE since April 2021. Before this role, they took a sabbatical from April 2020 to March 2021.

Prior to their sabbatical, Timo worked at thyssenkrupp from October 2018 to March 2020, where they held various positions. Timo was a Business Technology Manager HR, responsible for guiding and consulting the HR function with their IT requirements, advocating for HR demands within the IT organization, and managing HR IT requirements during major restructuring initiatives. Timo also served as the Program Lead for global SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Payroll Outsourcing, leading a diverse team in implementing a global HR template using SAP SuccessFactors and managing vendor relationships.

Before thyssenkrupp, Timo worked at Atos Information Technology GmbH as a Senior Consultant SAP HCM from December 2011 to February 2013. Timo was also a Senior Consultant & Module Owner SAP Travel Management at Siemens Gamesa from January 2011 to September 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Siemens Business Services GmbH & Co. OHG from June 2004 to December 2010 as a Consultant & Senior Consultant, focusing on SAP HCM implementation projects.

Timo Luehnen completed an apprenticeship in IT Specialist/Software Engineering at Siemens Professional Education from 2001 to 2004.
