Hai Hoang has over 19 years of extensive experience in security management and loss prevention. Currently serving as the National Security Manager at Viet Thai International since October 2013, Hai Hoang oversees loss prevention, security, and safety operations across offices, factories, warehouses, and over 750 outlet stores, managing a team of 1,000 security supervisors and staff nationwide. Prior to this role, Hai Hoang held security management positions at Metro Cash and Carry Vietnam from September 2007 to September 2012, focusing on loss prevention and safety in all stores, and served as Chief of Security at Long Hai Security Joint Stock Company from September 2004 to September 2007.
