Dong Vu

Dong Vu currently serves as a Member of the Board of Management and Head of Treasury and Global Markets at Vietcombank since April 2024. Additionally, Dong has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at VCBF - Vietcombank Fund Management since July 2017, focusing on developing the firm into a leading investment management company in Vietnam. Previously, Dong was Chief Executive Officer at Vietcombank Securities Company from April 2012 to July 2017, where efforts were made to restructure the organization post-economic challenges. Dong also held the position of Deputy CEO and Director at JSC Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam from December 2010 to April 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics specializing in Monetary Economics and Financial Markets from Georgetown University.
