Alan Alexander Young

Mr Young held the position of Managing Director (Chief Operating Officer) until 23 March 2015 when he resigned from all his executive positions with the Group and moved to a non-executive director capacity. He commenced his business career in the financial industry and was engaged for several years in banking and finance. For the past 38 years, he has been involved in the administration of public companies, previously in the resource sector. Mr Young is a Board member of all the Group’s operating subsidiaries in Vietnam and has devoted all of his time to VII for the past 22 years. He has not been a director of any other publicly listed company in the last three years. Mr Young is a director of Corbyns International Limited.
