Hiếu Phan

Hiếu Phan has work experience with two companies. From 2022, they have been working as a Digital Product Owner Specialist at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) - Ngân Hàng Quốc Tế. Prior to that, they worked at SCB - SAIGON COMMERCIAL BANK from 2013 to 2022. During their time at SCB, they held various roles including Senior Digital Business Analyst, Senior Card Operation Officer, Transaction Supervisor, and Bank Teller. In their role as a Senior Digital Business Analyst, they were responsible for collecting and analyzing ebanking system requirements, proposing integration solutions, and supporting the software development process. Hiếu also created ebanking URD and worked on testing plans and test cases.

Hiếu Phan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, completing their education from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Hiếu Phan has obtained several certifications. These include the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ II (PSPO II) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certifications from Scrum.org, which they attained in June 2023 and May 2023, respectively. Hiếu Phan also acquired certifications in Human Computer Interaction and Information Architecture from ProApp - Learn Design in December 2022 and November 2022, respectively. Hiếu obtained a certification in No-Code Solutions for Websites and Apps from LinkedIn in November 2022. Moreover, Hiếu Phan earned various certifications from LinkedIn, including Requirements Elicitation for Business Analysts: Interviews, UX Foundations: Information Architecture, Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques, Requirements Elicitation and Analysis, Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems, Software Design: Developing Effective Requirements, Software Design: From Requirements to Release, and UX for Web Forms, all attained in 2022. Furthermore, Hiếu Phan received certifications in Product Management from MindX Technology School in October 2022, and certifications in UX Fundamentals, UX Research, and BPMN 2.0 from ProApp - Learn Design and Udemy, respectively, in October, September, and August 2022.
