Khanh Le has extensive experience in various organizations and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked at Sacombank, where they served as the Head of the International Credit Project Management Team, overseeing development projects, building relationships with lenders and sponsors, negotiating credit agreements, and managing disbursement procedures. They also held the role of Relationship Manager, managing delegation funds and implementing development projects. Additionally, at Sacombank, they served as the Head of the Board of Management Office, responsible for administrative control, staff management, report analysis, and budgeting.

In 2018, Khanh Le joined the Department of Local Government as an Administrative Officer, providing interpreting and support services to the Vietnamese community and offering financial counseling under the NILS project.

Later, in 2019, they joined VietUnion Online Services Corporation (Payoo) as the Head of Bank Partnership, where they developed and implemented partnership strategies, maintained and acquired new partnerships, and identified opportunities to expand the ecosystem.

Most recently, Khanh Le joined Vietnam International Bank (VIB) as the Director of Digital Partnership. In this role, they are responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships, developing strategies for the growth of e-banking end-users, and accelerating usage and profitability through attractive service portfolios.

Khanh Le's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, which was completed in 2005. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Training from RENAC - Germany. From 2019 to 2021, Khanh Le enrolled in Charles Darwin University and earned a Higher Degree of Research in Development Economics and International Development.
