Ngoc Quang Nguyen has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Branch Manager at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) since March 2019, overseeing the development and management of Retail Banking products while ensuring credit and operational risk management. Prior to this role, Ngoc held various managerial positions, including Branch Manager at Ngân hàng TMCP Hàng Hải and PGBANK, where responsibilities encompassed retail branch operations, market research, customer engagement, and compliance monitoring. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Relationship Manager for SME clients at VPBank, focusing on client management and banking product promotion. Ngoc holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from La Trobe University and a Certificate in Inspiring Sales Leadership in the 21st Century from Growth Catalyst Vietnam.
