Trang Từ started their work experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Công ty Cổ Phần Cảng Quốc tế Long An in March 2019. Trang then moved on to work as a Human Resources Specialist at LEC GROUP CORPORATION from March 2020 to December 2021. In December 2021, they joined HR1 Vietnam - Executive Search Firm as a Recruitment Consultant. Trang is currently working as a Relationship Manager at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) - Ngân Hàng Quốc Tế starting from April 2023.

Trang Từ pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the HCM University Of Technology (HUTECH) from 2009 to 2014.
