Linda Nguyen

Linda Nguyen has a diverse range of work experience. Linda is currently working as a Pharmacist at Green Thumb Industries (GTI), where they manage the dispensing of cannabis products to patients and provides education and counseling. Prior to this, Linda held multiple roles at the Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement, including Vice President of Administrative Affairs and Youth Lead. Linda also served as a Secretary in the organization from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, Linda worked as the Directory of Membership and Marketing at the Student Society of Health-System Pharmacists from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they gained experience as a Pharmacy Intern and Pharmacy Technician at Kroger. Linda's early work experience includes various leadership roles at the Union of Vietnamese Student Associations of the Midwest, such as Internal Vice President and Council of State Representatives - Ohio. Linda also served as the Executive Director for the 12th Annual Vietnamese Interacting as One Conference.

Linda Nguyen completed their education by obtaining a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from The Ohio State University from 2013 to 2016. Before starting their undergraduate studies, Linda attended the University of Cincinnati from 2011 to 2013 for Pre-Pharmacy, although they did not obtain a specific degree during this period.

In addition to their formal education, Linda has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In December 2021, they obtained the Medical Marijuana Employee certification from the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy. Linda also holds certifications such as Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association, a Pharmacist License from the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (obtained in July 2021), Narcan Training from the Public Health Accreditation Board (obtained in March 2019), and an Immunization Certificate from the American Pharmacists Association (obtained in February 2019).
