Holli Draughn

Holli Draughn has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Holli most recently served as the President of VIETRI since January 2022, after previously holding the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing since June 2020. Prior to their time at VIETRI, they worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Rush & Company from January to June 2020. Before that, Holli was the Head of Sales and Marketing at Raleigh Denim from June 2019 to January 2020. Holli also worked as a Marketing Strategy and Partnerships Consultant at KRW Consulting NYC from April 2019 to January 2020. Holli's longest tenure was at VIETRI, where they held various positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing from January 2017 to April 2019, Vice President of Sales from December 2013 to January 2017, and National Sales Manager from April 2008 to December 2013. Holli started their career as a Merchandise Manager at Ten Thousand Villages US from 2006 to 2008.

Holli Draughn completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management at North Carolina State University from 2002 to 2006. Holli then pursued a Master's degree in Textile Technology from the same university between 2006 and 2008. Later, in 2013, Holli attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
