Duy Lê Bá Khánh

Duy Lê Bá Khánh currently serves as the Head of the GNOC3 Department at Viettel Group, a position held since May 2010. In this role, Duy manages network operations and maintenance for IP and Mobile Backend services, as well as oversees managed services for regions including Indochina and East Africa. Prior to this, Duy was the Head of the Mobile Department at Viettel Cambodia, focusing on network operations and maintenance for mobile backend services. Duy began a career in quality assurance as a Test Lead at TMA Solutions from September 2007 to April 2010. Duy holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, earned from 2001 to 2007.
