Hoan Nguyen

Hoan Nguyen is an experienced organizational transformation and development specialist currently working at Viettel Group since May 2022, where responsibilities include researching and appraising proposals related to business model transformations and contributing recommendations aligned with company strategy. Prior experience includes serving as an HR cum Organization Development Specialist at Viettel Telecom from July 2018 to May 2022, focusing on organizational structures and implementing a Performance Management System in collaboration with Korn Ferry HAY Group. Hoan began a career as a Business Analyst at FPT Information System, supporting software projects and advising on Human Resources solutions from December 2017 to June 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Management & Business Development from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from National Economics University in Vietnam.
