Ngoc Tuan Pham

Ngoc Tuan Pham is a skilled professional in the field of mechanical engineering with extensive experience at Viettel Group. Since December 2020, Ngoc Tuan Pham has held the position of Vice Director of the Mechanical Factory (VMC) and also serves as a Technology Design Specialist, focusing on 3D and automobile technologies. Prior to this role, Ngoc Tuan Pham worked as the Deputy Head of the Mechanical Technology Board and Head of Materials Technology from December 2015 to September 2020.
