Thu Thảo (Ella) is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist at Viettel Software since October 2021, contributing to the company's goal of facilitating Viettel's transformation and advancing Vietnam's digital society. Prior to this role, Thu Thảo worked as an IT Recruiter at AgileTech Vietnam, where responsibilities included sourcing IT candidates and organizing company events. Thu Thảo began the career as a Recruiter at VCCorp Corporation, a leading internet company in Vietnam. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the National Economics University in Vietnam.
