Koushik Challa

Koushik Challa's work experience includes working as an Engineering Manager & Production Manager - CGT at View, Inc. starting in April 2023 (ongoing) and as an Engineering Manager & Production Manager - Metrology at View, Inc. from October 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Industrial Engineer/Supervisor at Superior Concrete Products, Inc. from October 2019 to October 2022, and as a Process Engineer at Salem metals from June 2016 to June 2017.

Koushik Challa completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University from 2012 to 2016. Koushik then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Koushik has obtained several certifications. In April 2019, they received the Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters. Furthermore, they obtained various certifications related to their field, such as Lean Foundations, Lean Inventory Management, and Process Improvement Foundations, among others, from LinkedIn in May 2019. Koushik also received certifications in SAP ERP Essential Training and Six Sigma: Green Belt from LinkedIn. Koushik obtained certifications in RPA Awareness Training and UI Path licensing training from UiPath in May 2019. Moreover, they completed certifications including OSHA 30 from 360training in July 2020, and ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I from the American Concrete Institute in October 2021.

Most recently, Koushik achieved additional certifications in March 2022. Koushik received the MASTER PRECASTER and PQS LEVEL 3 - LEADERSHIP certifications from the National Precast Concrete Association during that time. Koushik had also obtained PQS Level 2 - Production, Quality, Safety, Technical and NPCA-PQS Level 1 certifications from the National Precast Concrete Association in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
