Chief Operating & People OfficerKate’s introduction to the property industry began in 1993 as a trainee negotiator for an independent agency in Sussex; she later went on to manage a Countrywide Branch - receiving the Chairmans Award for the Most Improved Branch in the UK. Since 2008 she has built a successful career within the outsourced property suppliers arena working for The Live Organisation (First American Financial Corporation), ARPM Group and G4S Plc. She has extensive general experience in developing new and niche services utilising freelance resources - along with a background in HR, project management, operations and business development.
