Omar Olmedo

Omar Olmedo has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with roles ranging from General Manager to Field Service Manager and Area Manager. Currently, Omar serves on the Leadership Team at ViewHouse Eatery, Bar & Rooftop since January 2020. Prior to that, Omar held the position of General Manager at Village Inn and Hooters of America. Earlier in their career, Omar was a General Manager at Boston Pizza and served as an Area Manager at Noodles & Company.
