The Board Governance team at Viewpoint Housing Association is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational integrity of the organization. This team, led by the Chair and Vice Chair, ensures effective governance practices, facilitates board meetings, and engages in decision-making processes to enhance the quality of housing and care services provided to the community in Edinburgh, the Lothians, and Fife.
