Allex Murphy

Allex Murphy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Account Management at Viewpost since April 2025, Allex previously held the role of Director of Customer Success at Capchase, leading global enterprise customer initiatives. Allex has also contributed significantly to Cacheflow as Head of Customer Success, where responsibilities included developing service teams and enhancing customer onboarding processes. Allex’s tenure at Zuora showcased a strong sales and delivery leadership, being recognized as the FY23 Global Client Partner of the Year and managing strategic accounts. Prior experience includes roles at Capgemini, focusing on digital customer experiences and program management, as well as internships at Georgia Institute of Technology and Johnson & Johnson. Allex holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a minor from the Denning Technology & Management Program.
