Sheila Dahlgren has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sheila started their career at KPMG as a Senior Manager, where they worked from 1985 to 1992. From there, they moved on to The Clorox Company, where they served as a Marketing Manager. At Clorox, they demonstrated their expertise in brand management and marketing strategy across various projects.

Sheila then joined Broderbund, which was later acquired by The Learning Company, as a Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, they took on P&L responsibility for a $10MM productivity software business, defining product positioning and analyzing the market and competition.

After their time at The Learning Company, Sheila transitioned to Mattel, formerly known as The Learning Company, as the VP of Marketing. Sheila successfully turned around and grew the Home Productivity software business, achieving significant market share and launching a highly successful Home Design suite.

Next, Sheila joined Scene7, which was eventually acquired by Adobe Systems. As a Co-founder and SVP of Marketing, they were responsible for all aspects of marketing and sales development, including product management, marketing, sales enablement, PR, and lead generation. Sheila played a crucial role in making Scene7 the leading rich media supplier to e-retailers according to Internet Retailer's Top 500 in 2006.

Following the acquisition, Sheila held various roles at Adobe Systems, including Director of Product Marketing, Senior Director of Product Marketing, and Senior Director of Industry Marketing. In these positions, they achieved impressive revenue growth, led global teams, pioneered innovative marketing strategies, and established herself as an expert in the eCommerce industry.

Sheila then joined Kaazing Corporation as Chief Marketing Officer, where they continued to drive marketing innovation and growth.

Lastly, they joined Stratos, Inc. (formerly Protean Payment, Inc.) and served as the Chief Marketing Officer. During their tenure, they oversaw all marketing activities and contributed to the company's success.

Most recently, Sheila joined Viewpost as the CMO in 2016, where they continue to leverage their extensive marketing experience and leadership skills to drive growth and success for the company.

Sheila Dahlgren completed their MBA in Finance and Marketing from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1994. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
