Buat Ali Datunot's work experience started in 2012 as a GTI speciallist - OJT at Sutherland Global Service Limited, where they worked from July 2012 to September 2012. Following that, they worked as a Call Center Agent at Ultimate Outsourcing Solutions from August 2013 to November 2013. Finally, Buat Ali Datunot worked at ViewQwest as a NOC Engineer, starting in December 2013 and their employment there is ongoing. In this role, they manage service for both Provider Edge and Customer Edge devices, perform daily activities such as configuring network devices, and solve escalated network-related issues.

Buat Ali Datunot attended STI College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) degree, majoring in Information Technology. In addition to their degree, Buat Ali Datunot has obtained several certifications from Fortinet. In February 2018, they completed the Fortinet NSE1 Network Security Associate: Information Security Awareness certification. More recently, in August 2022, they achieved the Fortinet NSE2 Network Security Associate: The Evolution of Cybersecurity and the Fortinet NSE3 Network Security Associate: Fortinet Product Awareness certifications, all provided by Fortinet.
