Imran Romainoor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Imran began their career in 2010 as a Logistics personnel at BookXcess. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Team Lead at the same company. Later that year, Imran joined Measat Broadcast Network System as a Sales Executive, where they successfully achieved sales targets and collaborated with the team to improve sales. In 2017, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Hulu Langat (PDTHL), where they managed incident reports and troubleshooted user problems. Since 2018, Imran has been working at ViewQwest, initially as a Technical Support Engineer, providing first level technical support and handling customer inquiries. Imran then progressed to the role of Level 2 Technical Support Engineer, where their responsibilities included troubleshooting and assisting with customer escalations, as well as monitoring network and service performance.

Imran Romainoor obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from SEGi University & Colleges, where they studied from 2010 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications. In October 2017, they received the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT. In the same month, they also obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco. Furthermore, in February 2017, they acquired the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council.
