Jashper Esteban has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and service desk engineering. Jashper started their career at PLDT in 2012 as an Inside Plant Technician and later became a Technical Support Engineer. In 2013, they joined AT&T as a Tech Support Consultant and Technical Support Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, Esteban joined ViewQwest, where they currently hold the position of Service Desk Engineer.
Jashper Esteban obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame from 2005 to 2009. Jashper'sfield of study during this period was System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. In 2022, they also obtained additional certifications, including the CSE Certification - Cato SASE Cloud and the Certified CATO Support Engineer, both from Cato Networks.
