Johnifer Digamon

Johnifer Digamon has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Johnifer started their career in 2016 as an IT Intern at NEH Philippines, where they gained experience as a Software Developer Intern, working on the Product Catalogue Module for the company's website. Johnifer also provided technical support, handling network and hardware troubleshooting, as well as monitoring and maintenance of IT equipment. In 2018, they joined FTC Group of Companies Corp. as an IT Support, where they provided support in IT-related tasks until 2022. Most recently, they joined ViewQwest in 2022, where they hold the positions of Network Operations Center Engineer and Technical Support Engineer.

Johnifer Digamon completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) degree at the University of Mindanao, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Johnifer also obtained several certifications, including "Firewall Essentials: Configuration and Management" from Palo Alto Networks in May 2023, "98-366: MTA: Networking Fundamentals" from Microsoft in April 2015, "CCNA Routing and Switching" from Cisco Networking Academy in February 2020, "Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate" from Fortinet in February 2020, "Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate" from Fortinet in February 2020, and "NC-II Computer Hardware Servicing" from TESDA in February 2015.
