Yong Xiang Poh

Yong Xiang Poh's work experience starts in 2009 at Nanyang Polytechnic, where they worked as a Temporary Technical Support Officer until 2014. At Acclivis Technologies and Solutions, from 2014 to 2015, they served as an Engineer, Managed Services Network, handling network support, firewall configuration, and monitoring setup.

From 2015 to 2021, Yong Xiang Poh worked at Pacific Internet, first as a Network Engineer and later as a Senior Network Engineer. Their responsibilities included provisioning circuits, designing and managing network setups, and providing support to customers. Yong Xiang also implemented software solutions to improve network monitoring.

Following this, they attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.

Yong Xiang acquired the Cisco Certified Network Associate (Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco in January 2015, and the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification in July 2008. Furthermore, they hold a certification as a Microsoft Certified System Administrator in Microsoft Server 2003, obtained at an undisclosed time.
