Jonathan G. has over a decade of experience in software development and business operations. In 2019, they founded vig.io, where they built a full-stack web and mobile consumer gamification app with an interactive play-to-earn, play-to-learn, play-to-own gaming product. Jonathan ran the gamut of app and business operations from start to finish, refining the existing models to address emerging trends and practices as an innovative solution architect. From 2011 to 2019, they were the Co-Founder and CPO/COO of Compass HRM, Inc., where they designed a SaaS product for US-based small-to-midsized businesses consolidating employee management activities into one streamlined app with end-to-end service bundle. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Founder and President of Derivative Group, LLC, where they designed and built customer resource management software for multi-family construction / REIT subcontracting verticals on a national scale. Jonathan developed all aspects of the business from the ground up, shaping strong performance from zero to exit through integrated business and technical agility. Jonathan also continually adapted existing operations in software development, service planning, and strategic planning to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
