John Craig

John Craig has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Vigilant AI since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at MindBridge Ai as the Director of Government & Integration Partnerships from August 2017 to February 2020. John also held the position of Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at 14 Oranges Software Inc. from February 2016 to August 2017.

John'sprevious roles include being the Founder and Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Purple Forge from October 2009 to September 2015, a columnist for C&E Canada at Campaigns & Elections magazine from June 2010 to December 2013, and a Product Manager for Enterprise Mobility Solutions at CounterPath Corporation from November 2004 to October 2009.

Before joining CounterPath Corporation, John worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Counterpath Corporation (acquired via FirstHand Technologies) from November 2004 to May 2008. John has also worked at Encore Networks as a Network Security Salesperson from August 2002 to November 2004 and at PhenomenaTech Inc as a Co-founder from November 2001 to August 2002.

John started their career at Nortel Networks as an MPLS/IP VPN Network Architect from September 2000 to November 2001.

John Craig attended Ashbury College from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree in Social Sciences. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Waterloo from 1992 to 1997, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
