Mitch Huber

Mitch Huber has over 18 years of experience in sales and business development. Mitch currently works at Vigilant Biosciences, Inc. as the Business Development since 2019. Prior to this, Huber worked at Benco Dental from 2001 to 2019, where they held various roles, including Director of Sales Operations, Director of Sales for the Midwest District, and Regional Manager for the Buckeye Region. As Director of Sales Operations, Huber was the main point of contact for the Sales Department and was responsible for Sales Analytics, Sales Training, Inside Sales, and Service Operations departments. As Director of Sales for the Midwest District, Huber was responsible for providing strategic sales and service leadership, as well as P&L and operating/capital budget management for a 7-region district. As Regional Manager for the Buckeye Region, Huber was responsible for managing the region's P&L and all aspects of Columbus and Cleveland Benco branch operations.

Mitch Huber holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, with a focus in Accounting and Marketing. Mitch has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn in 2019, including Becoming a Thought Leader, Being an Effective Team Member, Creativity Bootcamp, and Strategic Agility.
