Kaila Smith

Kaila Smith has worked in the IT industry since 2016. Kaila began their career as an Account Executive and Technical Recruiter with Brooksource. In 2019, they moved to Shift Digital as a Program Coordinator. In 2020, they joined Koupon as a Client Success Manager, where they managed the day-to-day activity of retail clients, oversaw the implementation of new technology, and executed digital promotions. Currently, they are a Client Success Manager with Vigilant and a Retail Strategy Manager with PDI Software.

Kaila Smith attended Archbishop Alter High School from 2007 to 2011. Kaila then attended the University of Kentucky from 2011 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in Communications. Kaila also holds a Microsoft Office Specialist certification in Word, Powerpoint and Excel from Microsoft.
