Josh Caraccio

Josh Caraccio is a pharmacy professional with extensive experience in medication management and antimicrobial stewardship. Currently serving as Manager of Pharmacy Surveillance and previously as Senior Pharmacy Specialist at VigiLanz since April 2018, Josh Caraccio has contributed to enhancing pharmacy practices. Prior to this role, Josh Caraccio worked at Intermountain Healthcare from July 2012 to April 2018 as an Antimicrobial Stewardship/Infectious Diseases Pharmacist, where responsibilities included leading the Antimicrobial Stewardship program at Utah Valley Hospital and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize antimicrobial usage. Josh Caraccio holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
