Spresime Jajaga

Spresime Jajaga is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, management, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as the Human Resource Director at VIGO since September 2018, Spresime oversees various functions including compensation, benefits, performance management, and occupational health and safety while collaborating with leadership on talent strategy. Previously, Spresime held roles at The Rossi Corporation and Lloyd Staffing, where responsibilities included managing the full life cycle of recruiting, developing creative sourcing strategies, and providing administrative support to HR operations. Spresime holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Farmingdale State College, earned in 2017.
