Jacob Blackstock

Jacob Blackstock is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as an SCCM Desktop Engineer and previously as a Desktop Support Technician at Vigor, LLC since July 2012, Jacob has expertise in providing telecommunications and in-person technical support, imaging equipment, and managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. Prior experience includes roles at Modis, Olympic College, TeleTech, and other organizations, highlighting skills in desktop imaging, software installation, classroom support, and customer service. Jacob holds an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Olympic College and has pursued further education through TLGLearning and Crywolf Inc.
