Jake McQueen

Jake McQueen has a diverse background in IT and support roles, currently serving as a Junior Network Engineer at Vigor, LLC since July 2019, and previously holding the position of Technical Support Analyst. Prior experience includes work as a Desktop Support Technician at Modis and participation in the IT-Ready program with Creating IT Futures, which equipped McQueen with both technical and professional skills for an IT career. Early in the career, experience as a caregiver was gained at Senior Helpers LLC and Hearth and Home, where responsibilities included assisting clients and maintaining a home office setup with technology components.
