Its initial casting foundry was established in July 2007. With the development of production processes, Vigor invested their lost wax casting and lost foam casting. Now Vigor is promoting the technology innovation of combining lost wax and lost foam together to gain the advantages of both processes.

With the market demands and business development, Vigor invested the forging plant in 2009. Vigor's core forging process is the mult directional die forging, it's one of the state of the art die forging process in the world for top-level pressure vessul and strength products.

The team has rich experience and strong capability in customized parts structure analysis and production process design. For different parts and requirements, we know where are the key points, how to control risk and aviod defects, and help customers choose the properest process to meet the best quality, economy and production efficiency.

To meet our customers' diverse needs, we also integrated the high quality supply chain and helped customers do some special treatment, get different spare parts easy, safe and fast.
